Biography & Intro.
David is the Managing Partner of the firm and has a special interest and expertise in estate planning, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. David has 15 years of courtroom experience and is now a member of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and has conducted many arbitration causes many involving substantial sums and complex legal principles.
David is a holder of a Master’s Degree in Human Rights, is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society. He is an author of Know Your Law: A Citizen’s Handbook to Everyday Law and has just completed another that is currently under review. This experience and his love for the law and justice have proved invaluable to the firm’s diverse activities.
