Cases Represented

Our firm is a general practice with special strength in land transactions and real estate litigation, estate planning, Wills and Trusts advisory and Trade Policy consulting as well as general commercial practice. We have also been on boarded as Accredited Arbitrators owing to our deep seated interest in alternative dispute resolution and dispute avoidance.

Our firm is made up of four associate lawyers and two law clerks. When we are requested, we also have legal interns from the Law Development Centre working under a particular associate’s tutelage and supervision. Although we mainly deal with commercial entities, our lawyers have special interest areas where their expertise best serve the client’s needs.

Our chambers are located at Spear House, in the central financial and business district within short walking distance of the High Court and Supreme Court of Uganda; the Ministry of Justice, Registries of Trade Marks / Patents, Registry of Companies, Business Names and Documents, the Ministry of Lands, Registry of Titles, the Uganda Investment Authority, The Uganda Revenue Authority and most banks and commercial entities within the Central Business District.
